Wholesale Inquiry
We offer tiered price discounts for anyone wishing to order in bulk.
- 15% off orders of 10 - 19 of the same item
- 20% off orders of 20 - 49 of the same item
- 25% off orders of 50 or more of the same item
Different colors and sizes are usually welcome within a single bulk order as long as the product model is the same (ie all items solid OR reflective OR prints).
If the bulk order includes buckle personalization, engraving must be the identical (text, size, & font) across all items OR the bulk discount will only be applied to the collar price while the engraving fee ($10) will remain at retail pricing.
Bulk/wholesale orders must be placed via direct invoice, which you can request by emailing me at info@foxvalleypetwear.com

Bulk Order Terms
- Production/turnaround time will vary based on quantity and availability of materials.
- Any changes to bulk/wholesale orders after submission will be subject to a change order fee of 25% of the order total per change.
- Bulk/wholesale orders are ineligible for return or exchange. Store credit may be issued on a case-by-case basis. This does not include warranty claims - our normal warranty terms still apply.
- Bulk/wholesale orders are ineligible for free shipping promotions, nor can they be combined with any special offer, coupons, or discounts.
- Loyalty rewards can be accrued and redeemed on bulk/wholesale orders. Please include your reward code in your email to order, I'll apply it manually.
- Shipping will include insurance and a signature will be required for all orders over $300.
