Shipping

Items are most often shipped Ground Advantage or Priority and should arrive within 2 - 5 business days after shipping (lower 48 states only). International shipping is First Class International, and arrival time is dependent upon your location but can be anywhere from 7-21 days or more.

Note that shipping speed is independent of production time. Click here to read more about production times. All items include tracking information through USPS or UPS, with the exception of tags marked "by Boomerang". These tags ship directly from CA without tracking. Shipping from California usually takes about 3 days, but it is not unheard of for these packages to be en route for up to two weeks.

INTERNATIONAL

We are currently unable to ship to ALL European Union countries. Apologies! We DO ship to all other countries!

ADDRESSES

Make sure your address on file is correct - this is where your items will ship! Items returned because of an incorrect address will be charged for repeat shipping.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, IMPORT FEES

Are the responsibility of the recipient. Please familiarize yourself with your chosen shipping service and their application of such fees.

PACKAGING

In order to keep your shipping costs low, our packaging is simple - no fancy hang-tags and no frilly boxes, bows, or bags. These things are visually appealing but do not add value or function to your pet's item(s) and only add cost to your order. You can expect your items to arrive in a simple bubble mailer or similar packaging. We do include small informational fliers with nearly all of our shipments - please review these documents when you receive your package.

MISSING "DELIVERED" PACKAGES

Rarely, a shipment is marked "delivered" but a customer has not received it.

There are a few reasons this can happen, which we won't get into here, but often these packages turn up in a day or two.

The first course of action if you notice this has happened is to speak to your letter carrier or someone at your local post office. They should be able to look up where it was scanned within their system. Often times they are miss-scanned and get delivered later, or were miss-delivered at a neighbor's box/house. We can only see what you see via the USPS tracking site, however your postal office will have GPS coordinates on all delivery scans, which is why our first recommendation is always to talk directly to them.

USPS will not allow a lost package claim to be filed until 7 business days past the delivery date, which we will do on your behalf at that time, but often by then the package is found and/or delivered. The quickest way to find your package is to talk to your letter carrier or call your local post office.
