AI Statement

It feels a little wild to be writing this, but with the current AI-laden tech everywhere we turn, I feel it's probably worth saying.

I do not use AI to write product summaries, emails, or replies to chat messages. I refuse. It has actually become more work not to, as most of these fields are now pre-populated with AI responses that I must first delete so I can then write my own response. I dislike it immensely. 

I have used it on occasion for social media posts and an image background here and there, but have found most often that it's so problematic it's not worthwhile. My product images are taken by me and edited the old fashioned way with Photoshop - I've been doing it this way for 17 years and don't plan to change. My logo and branding were designed by a real human. My flyers, brochures, and business cards also designed by a real human. Every word on this website - info pages, products, menus, color selections, note boxes, and graphics have all been written by me personally.

Just thought you should know.
