• Etsy takes up to a whopping 22% of every sale through their platform. That means on a $32 order, I hand over $7 to Etsy before I pay taxes, before I purchase materials, and before I pay for a shipping label.
• I am forbidden from sending you an informational link, a customer-service phone number, or even my own email address through their platform.
  
• Etsy deletes custom order information after a certain amount of time, but they don't warn me or tell me what that timeline is? So returning customers wanting 'the same as last time' are left without prior order details and no way to retrieve them.
