We offer 4 different materials throughout our website. Each has its benefits!
Nylon Webbing
- Many solid colors available (also available with a reflective stripe)
- Heavy duty - 4,200lbs tensile strength (1" width) and 1.8mm thick
- Made in the USA
- Smooth, soft, & supple
- May stretch slightly (1-2%) over time
- May fade with UV exposure, especially 'neon' colors
- Some color-transfer may occur on light fur - wash in cold water to prevent further color-transfer
PRINTED / PATTERNED Polyester Webbing
- Tons of fun prints to choose from
- Heavy duty - 1,200lbs tensile strength (1" width) and 2mm thick
- Designed and printed in the USA
- Smooth, soft, & supple
- Resistant to UV exposure, mildew & rot, and faster drying than nylon
- Color-fast
- We continually add new prints

Biothane Waterproof Webbing
- PVC-coated polyester webbing measuring 2.5mm thick
- Waterproof & Stinkproof
- Made in the USA
- 1000lb per inch tensile strength
- Easy to clean - just wipe with soap and water
- Stiffer and thicker than other materials
- Latex free
- Stays soft and flexible in cold temperatures
- Will outlast most leather and nylon products of similar styles
- Our Biothane® line has a soft matte finish with leather-texture embossing. It's not tacky or sticky like other coated webbings

Cotton-Wrapped Polyester
- Lots of great patterns to choose from
- 100% cotton fabric - great for sensitive skin
- Strong polyester webbing core provides tensile strength
- Cotton fabrics may be imported, but webbing core is made in the USA
- Not as durable as other options - will show wear after extended use
- No exposed webbing to contact the pet's skin or fur
- Extremely lightweight, soft, and flexible
- We are in the process of phasing-out cotton fabrics - no more will be added.
