We are very excited to announce we'll be moving to a brand new location in mid-August, 2020. We remain a small, family-owned and operated business, located in Wisconsin.
However, moving an entire business presents it's own challenges. As we prepare to relocate, we will be making some changes to our website and both Etsy shops. Most notably we will be transitioning away from "made-to-order" items and moving toward stocked, pre-assembled items. This will not only help us keep up with demand while we pack, clean, move, and unpack, but it will allow us to give our family of customers a quicker turnaround - down from 1-2 weeks to just a few days!
We will still be offering personalized items and engraving services, that part won't change. Our collar offerings, however, will be limited to our most popular styles, sizes, and patterns. We'll have these made ahead of time so that you can select your size, width, buckle, & personalization, without the wait!

Unavailable until August 18th:
- Custom sizes
- Returns/exchanges (return deadlines will be extended accordingly)
- Custom projects and/or materials
- Anything not already listed on our website

That said, we will not be accepting any custom requests during this transitional time. Our business was built on customs, so this is a hard line for us to draw, but a necessary one. We hope you can understand, and ask that you plan accordingly.
We will be closed from August 11 - 18.
Orders placed prior to our closure will be processed and shipped as usual, before our actual move date, so rest assured your order will not be affected by the store closing.
During our closure, all items will be temporarily removed from the store or will be shown as 'sold out'. On or before August 18th, we will re-open the store and you'll once again be able to shop as usual. During this time we will have very limited e-mail access so it may be several days before we can respond. Please be patient with us, we promise to get back to you as soon as we're able!
